What we did
Commencing in 2021, Prescient collected over 20,000 customer responses across 13 retail centres. The program was implemented for all retail asset types, full price, outlet and inner city centres. The sentiment measures delivered through our NPS+ methodology became the top reported metric to assess performance internally and empowered teams to deliver a +11% uplift in customer sentiment.
